Denise’s journey with yoga began in her late teens, sparked by a simple advert that grew into a lifelong passion for holistic wellbeing. Over the years, she has trained in a wide range of practices including Hatha, Yin and Chair Yoga, Chakra Dancing, Creative Meditation, Reiki, and Eden Energy Medicine, alongside her work as a psychodynamic counsellor.
