Champneys foundations:
  • 2 nights' accommodation in a standard single room with en-suite
  • Delicious and nutritious breakfasts, lunches and dinners (lunch on arrival is included; if you wish to have lunch on day of departure please book this as an extra)
  • Unlimited use of spa, gym, swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, and indoor and outdoor whirlpools
  • Access to the full range of Champneys fitness classes (additional charges apply)
  • A fluffy robe to wear during your visit, Champneys flip flops and tote to keep
  • Departure at 4pm

Standard inclusions, plus:
  • Arrive 11am 
  • Welcome and introduction to the tetreat with Tanya
  • Three 'Five Elements' ritual sessions with Tanya
  • Two talks by specialists on nutrition and fitness, addressing healthy eating, weight management, vitality and anti-ageing (25 minutes each)
  • Four talks / workshops with Tanya (60-90 minutes each) covering:
  • PMA – identifying key values and priorities, determining winning attitudes and exploring strategies and tools to become your best authentic self mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually
  • Relationship Management – explore and establish your boundaries and how you can effectively enrich your relationship with self and others. 
  • Stress Management, Hanging Loose and having Fun – this includes strategies and tools for managing stress and living a happier, more exciting and successful life
  • The What, When and How? ‘In the mind it is an idea… on paper it is a plan!’ – building on all you have explored, identified and learned through the above sessions this workshop is to create an effective action plan for achieving the life you want going forward
  • The 2-night / 3-day Retreat Programme ends at 12.30pm
