2-day boxing & yoga retreat in Hertfordshire

This two-day, one-night retreat brings together elite boxing methodology and mindful practice.

Designed for those who value both performance and balance, this experience offers a structured yet restorative approach to physical and mental conditioning.

Throughout the retreat, you will be guided through progressive boxing sessions—developing technique, precision, and control—while integrating moments of recovery, reflection, and reset. Each phase of the programme is intentionally designed to optimise focus, enhance skill acquisition, and support overall wellbeing. Our Yoga session provides a perfect balance to boxing, easing muscle tension, enhancing recovery and promoting calm focused energy.

Set within tranquil and beautiful surroundings, the retreat provides the space to step away from daily demands and engage fully in a high-quality, purpose led experience.

Guests are welcomed upon arrival and checked in for their room, shortly after - a resort tour offering a moment to settle into the surroundings and prepare for the retreat ahead.
