autumn reset
As the seasons change and the leaves fall, we are reminded to return to ourselves – to slow down, reset, and look after both body and mind. The cooler days bring us indoors, and our gym is the perfect place to stay strong, energised, and balanced through October, November, and December.
Now is also the ideal time to think about the bigger picture: your longevity. Research shows that the daily choices we make – how we move, eat, rest, and recover – directly shape not just how we feel today, but how healthy, mobile, and independent we remain in the years ahead. That’s why we encourage you to take stock of your wellbeing with a simple wellness check-up, making sure your habits support both your short-term goals and your long-term health span.
Pairing consistent movement with mindful eating and restorative practices will help you feel energised and confident as we move toward the festive season – ready for every moment, from workouts to celebrations.
We also have some exciting oppotunities for you to explore:
• Discover the benefits of PowerPlate during Georgie's 2-hour workshop.
• Learn more about Technogym's Wellness Check Up and how it can support your wellness journey in Imogen's 1.5-hour workshop.
• We are launching brand new online and in-person series all about the connection between your gut and your brain designed by Becki Hawkins, our Champneys senior nutritionist.
• And we continue the centenary celebrations with our 1920s-themed Christmas party.
No matter your goals or preferences, there is something for everyone this season. Our team is here to support you every step of the way – whether you want to push harder, try something new, or simply move with joy.
Here’s to a strong, healthy, and uplifting end to the year – and to building the kind of wellness and longevity that lasts well beyond it. Why not book in your wellness check-up with us and take the next step towards your healthiest future?
Warmest regards
Alex Denzey

Do you suffer from foot, knee or back pain?
A comprehensive gait assessment allows your Wellbeing Coach to determine if your feet are having a negative impact on the way that you stand, walk, run and move especially if you have foot related problems such as knee, hip and back pain.
The assessment includes a foot scan using the GaitScan Computerized Analysis. A report will be generated by the GaitScan software that your coach will review and recommend a treatment plan. Performance custom orthotics may be recommended as a non-invasive treatment of foot-related problems such as knee, hip, and back pain. They also may be helpful in treating bunions, corns, hammertoes, sore arches, plantar fasciitis, sore ankles, shin splints and more.
Look out for our next complimentary foot and gait scan day.
