Your programme with Janet starts at 5pm on the first day, where you will take part in the first of three 3 -hour sessions which cover the power of thought, the reasons why habits are formed, changing the way you think, an explanation of the mind-body connection and how to increase motivation and self-esteem.
All talks from day two run from 9:30am-12:30 noon plus, you’ll also enjoy daily guided meditations at the end of each session to ensure maximum benefit and results.
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
