During the day you will experience empowering yoga practices, tailored to your body, effective breathing techniques, light meditation, restorative yoga, Re165iki energy healing, and self-enquiry practices, all guided by Rebecca – a senior yoga teacher with nearly 20 years of experience, Reiki Master Teacher and massage therapist with over 25 years of practice. 

Set in the beautiful surroundings of Champneys Tring, this retreat offers you the gift of time and self-care in a safe, welcoming space:

about rebecca dobson

Rebecca has been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years and is a Reiki Master Teacher and massage therapist with over 25 years of experience.

Specialising in all aspects of women's health and wellbeing, she creates safe, nurturing spaces where women can find their voice, honour their needs, and feel truly held. 

As a Women's Healing Mentor, Rebecca's mission is simple: Heal * Empower * Rise. She supports women through all life stages with compassion, and deep listening – guiding them to access simple self-care tools they can use long after they leave the mat. 

Rebecca's approach is rooted in self-enquiry and the belief that all women deserve to feel seen, heard, and valued – regardless of age, body type, or experience level. She weaves light yoga philosophy through her practices, blending empowering movement with restorative work and energy healing, creating a complete journey from activation to deep rest. 

Students leave Rebecca's classes and retreats feeling lighter, more resourced, and genuinely connected to themselves. She also hosts international Goddess Retreats, Reiki Training and healing sessions, which offer women extended immersive experiences in transformation and self-discovery.
