Arrival & Departure

• Arrive from 3pm.
• Check out of bedroom and depart by 11am.

Treatments & Classes

• You can add your preferred treatments or any other extras in the next stage of the booking flow.
• You can also add fitness classes from our app after completing your booking, just search your app store for Champneys.
• The last treatment time is 8pm and last gym session is 8:30pm 
• At Buxton Crescent, the last 50-minute treatment time is 6pm and for a 20-minute treatment is 6.30pm.

Spa access

• Option to add limited spa access when booking.

Meals

• Continental breakfast at Eastwell Manor.
• Full English & continental breakfast at Mottram Hall and Buxton Crescent.

Cancellation

• When you book online, you will be asked for a non-refundable and non-transferable payment at the time of the booking.

• Flexible Booking Protection is available at the time of booking (this option is presented following your room selection).
