I love this industry; playing a part of anyone's wellness transformation through body, mind and spirit is truly priceless. This is my passion; you cannot beat the feeling of helping someone find themselves, especially through trialling times, it gives me purpose.

With a diploma in sport and over four years of experience as a qualified level 3 personal trainer and level 2 fitness instructor, George is here to help you turn your goals into reality.

As someone who’s completed marathons, he understands the discipline and mindset it takes to stay committed. But more importantly, he knows every journey is personal. Georgina has competed in athletics for England/Kent and has over 10 years of personal training experience and 5 years in sports massage. She believes health and fitness combine quality training, good nutrition, and enjoyment. Georgina's personal training focuses on collaboratively achieving your goals, making a lasting positive impact. She incorporates innovative and proven methods into your training.

Bio:
I graduated from Kent University last year with a degree in biomedical science so I have a huge respect for the body and what it is capable of. Sport and fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Tennis came first, then playing netball for Kent, mid/long distance running and finally competing in Hyrox earlier this year. My debut race was in May, where I won my age category and plan to race later this year in October and December.
