Bio:
I love this industry; playing a part of anyone's wellness transformation through body, mind and spirit is truly priceless. This is my passion; you cannot beat the feeling of helping someone find themselves, especially through trialling times, it gives me purpose.

Georgina has competed in athletics for England/Kent and has over 10 years of personal training experience and 5 years in sports massage. She believes health and fitness combine quality training, good nutrition, and enjoyment. Georgina's personal training focuses on collaboratively achieving your goals, making a lasting positive impact. She incorporates innovative and proven methods into your training.

Bio:
I graduated from Kent University last year with a degree in biomedical science so I have a huge respect for the body and what it is capable of. Sport and fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Tennis came first, then playing netball for Kent, mid/long distance running and finally competing in Hyrox earlier this year. My debut race was in May, where I won my age category and plan to race later this year in October and December.
