Begin your festive experience in the Parlour with a glass of fizz, before taking a seat in our beautiful Assembly Rooms to enjoy a beautifully prepared three-course Christmas lunch.

Champagne reception in Parlour from 1pm.
Three-course Christmas lunch with seasonal amuse-bouche.
Starters:
Parsnip and white onion soup with parsley oil and parsnip crips • Scottish smoked salmon, rye bread and caper butter • Chicken liver parfait served with toasted brioche and onion marmalade • Roasted red pepper and tomato soup with croutons
Mains:
Roast turkey with all the trimmings, Yorkshire pudding and turkey gravy • Roast sirloin of beef, roast potatoes, charred carrot, red win jus and Yorkshire pudding • Pan-roast sea bass with pomme puree, tenderstem broccoli and white wine and chive butter sauce • Sweet potato pithivier filled with spinach and quinoa served on a bed of butternut squash puree
Desserts:
Christmas pudding served with warm brandy sauce • Salted caramel tart with coffee cream served with caramel shards • Classic cheese board with crackers, grapes, celery, quince paste and pear jelly • Chocolate yule log
We will ask for a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit which will be used against the cost of the meal and cannot be used on drinks.
All prices include VAT at the current rate.
The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers, or to move an event to a smaller/larger room should numbers dictate.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason at its discretion – when all deposits and payments will be refunded.
The hotel management reserve the right to refuse entry to the hotel and to charge the company, organiser or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour.
