Cancellation
When you book a Christmas Residential package a 20% per person deposit will be taken. (Please note if you book online full payment will be taken on booking).

On or after 1st November 2026 a member of the team will be in touch for the remaining payment. Failure to pay in full at this stage may result in forfeiture of booking. Bookings that cancel prior to 1st November 2026 will lose the deposits paid. Bookings that cancel after 1st November 2026 will be charged the total value of all the facilities, they have reserved (including accommodation, meals and beverages). Once you book, a member of the team will be in touch to confirm your dining times, including Christmas Day lunch.

Please note opening times for the spa, restaurants and bars may be different to advertised during the Christmas period.
