His latest success story involved guiding a client with patella tendonitis, a frozen shoulder, and chronic lower back pain to complete the Three Peaks Challenge pain-free. With specialties in body transformations, triathlon coaching, suspension, medicine ball, and kettlebell training, as well as sport-specific and aqua training, James provides a comprehensive approach to fitness that helps clients overcome challenges and achieve lasting results.

Richie is an accomplished runner, adventure racer, and experienced endurance coach. Although he didn’t begin his fitness journey until his early thirties, transitioning from a career in the construction industry, Richie is now fully committed to his passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing. He is dedicated to helping members and guests at Champneys achieve their fitness goals and objectives.
Richie offers one-to-one or small group training, outdoor sessions including bootcamp-style personal training, and sports-specific programmes, particularly focused on running fitness. His expertise and personal experience make him an inspiring coach for those looking to improve their endurance and overall fitness.

He also specialises in weight management, helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored programmes and expert guidance.
