During this one-day retreat, you will get to experience a tailored workshop on successful self-reflection and intention setting as well as how to create a vision board that works. You will get to immerse yourself in chi gung sequences and breathwork to help relax and de-stress the body, alongside simple but effective guided meditations and techniques to help clear away mental anguish and calm the mind. 

About Sharron

With an enriching journey spanning over two decades, Sharron is a Master Mind and Body Calm Coach (as one of the first people in the world to qualify as a Calmologist) Meditation Teacher, Chi Gung and Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, Empowerment Coach, and more recently, a Menopause Wellness Practitioner.

Grounded and down to earth, Sharron seamlessly integrates numerous meditation disciplines and the various forms of energy work she has studied into her transformative approach, drawing from years of dedicated self-practice and teaching.

Her unique style involves blending ancient practices with modern insights, ensuring a holistic and empowering experience for all. Passionate about making energy work inclusive and available to all, Sharron is committed to meeting individuals where they are at, whatever stage of their life path they may be on.

Whether through movement, meditation or coaching, she offers effective and simple solutions that seamlessly integrate into modern lives.

For Sharron, her core belief is that everyone has the right to experience inner peace and true happiness, irrespective of circumstances, and being able to guide and empower people towards this is not only a profession, but a privilege she embraces wholeheartedly.

What is included in the workshops?

Chi Gung – An ancient Chinese practice (far less rigid than Tai Chi) that combines gentle movements, focused breath control and mindfulness to promote balance, harmony and the flow of Chi. A centuries old practice that provides the perfect space for anyone and everyone, regardless of age or ability, to calm the mind, increase physical vitality and enhance overall well-being. The slow, graceful, rhythmic sequences of Chi Gung and synchronized breathwork are perfect for calming the sympathetic nervous system, therefore helping the body to release stress and tension. 


Meditation – Combining techniques and practices from both age-old disciplines and more modern approaches, meditation provides the space to just be without the need to fix, change or improve in that moment. As the body is taken into a deep state of relaxation, it helps facilitate a natural, self-soothing stage as alpha/theta states are induced, slowing down the mind and enhancing focus whilst deepening self-awareness and connection to self. Meditation serves as both a time out from the hectic world that we live in and a transformative gateway to inner peace, improving the overall health and wellbeing of both mind and body. 

Self-Reflection – Through guided self-reflection exercises, we will clarify goals, aspirations and desires for the year ahead, whether they are in the physical form or simply states of being, and uncover what might be holding you back and why.

Intention Setting – Understand how intention can influence daily life and the importance of intention setting in this immersive exercise where you will be empowered to shape your future with purpose and clarity.  

Vision Boarding – Understand what vision boarding is and why it is a useful tool in crafting the future. Learn how to create a vision board in a modern, empowered way that is practical and free from the common pitfalls.
