Niki creates welcoming, enjoyable, and informative Pilates sessions to help her clients improve their core strength, mobility, and flexibility. Creating a mind-body connection true to the original Classical Pilates method is intrinsic in Niki’s enthusiastic teaching style, and she encourages all her clients to achieve it through their Pilates practice.
She teaches a wide range of clients, both men and women, of all abilities, across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. She has taught Pilates and Barre Masterclasses as a Guest Presenter at Henlow Champneys since February 2022. Niki enjoys offering inclusive, supportive, and uplifting Pilates sessions.
Niki will help you create a mind and body connection true to the Classical Pilates method and using Mindfulness techniques with a 65-minute Pilates & Mindfulness session in the Fitness Studio.
You will work on breathing, flexibility, and strength while bringing your attention to how you are moving. The class will be suitable for beginners and mixed ability levels.
You’ll then enjoy your 3-course light and healthy lunch in the Champneys restaurant.
Following lunch, and a special thank you gift, you have the option to enjoy the afternoon relaxing in the spa, relaxation areas, conservatory, and grounds with the option to add a treatment to your package.
You will depart from Henlow feeling calm, pampered, and uplifted after a special day of wellbeing and self-care.
