Karolina is a Registered Nutritionist and a Certified Eating Psychology Coach, specialising in women’s health, weight management, digestion, immune health and binge eating. Her approach to health and nutrition is positive, empowering, and transformative. She will be inviting you to embrace your relationship with food and your body, quit the dieting mindset and adopt nutritional and lifestyle strategies that are doable, sustainable and yield results.
Belinda trained as a Seasonal Yoga Teacher in June 2020 to add to her knowledge of mind-body connection. She is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner specialising in self-empowerment to help people build their mental fitness and personal resilience. Belinda is an in-house Champneys yoga and mindfulness specialist.
