This beautiful, nurturing Peri-Meno "Pause" Wellness & Yoga day retreat is suitable for all women experiencing peri-menopause symptoms and need to take a moment of “Pause” to discover a holistic way of embracing the change with the support of experts.
During your retreat, you can expect a friendly and warm welcome from Karolina and Belinda. A day filled with two yoga classes, all abilities welcome and an educational/ interactive peri-menopause workshop.

Karolina will facilitate a 120-min interactive workshop filled with easy-to-assimilate information about the impact of hormonal changes on all body systems during perimenopause and discuss symptom management. You will be welcome to share your experience, ask questions or simply listen and observe. Either way, you will leave the session with more clarity, confidence, and a sense of empowerment. About Karolina and Belinda

Karolina is a Registered Nutritionist and a Certified Eating Psychology Coach, specialising in women’s health, weight management, digestion, immune health and binge eating. Her approach to health and nutrition is positive, empowering, and transformative. She will be inviting you to embrace your relationship with food and your body, quit the dieting mindset and adopt nutritional and lifestyle strategies that are doable, sustainable and yield results.

Belinda trained as a Seasonal Yoga Teacher in June 2020 to add to her knowledge of mind-body connection. She is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner specialising in self-empowerment to help people build their mental fitness and personal resilience. Belinda is an in-house Champneys yoga and mindfulness specialist.
