This beautiful, nurturing Peri-Meno "Pause" Wellness & Yoga day retreat is suitable for all women experiencing peri-menopause symptoms and need to take a moment of “Pause” to discover a holistic way of embracing the change with the support of experts.
During your retreat, you can expect a friendly and warm welcome from Karolina, Samantha & Vanessa. A day filled with two yoga classes, all abilities welcome and an educational/ interactive peri-menopause workshop.

Karolina will facilitate a 120-min interactive workshop filled with easy-to-assimilate information about the impact of hormonal changes on all body systems during perimenopause and discuss symptom management. You will be welcome to share your experience, ask questions or simply listen and observe. Either way, you will leave the session with more clarity, confidence, and a sense of empowerment.

Vanessa is passionate about empowering women to understand and care for their bodies. By the end of her training, you will feel empowered with the knowledge and skills to enhance your movement practice, tailored to your individual preferences and goals.

  • The importance of good breath mechanics during everyday movement and exercise
  • Mobility - what is it and how do we achieve it?
  • Strength - use it or lose it, why this happens and how we hold on to strength to stay vital
  • Pelvic health - key considerations of pelvic health and progressing on from kegels
  • You will feel more confident in everyday movements
  • Achieve better control of your body
  • Enjoy participating in activities with improved performance 

About Karolina and Belinda

Karolina is a Registered Nutritionist and a Certified Eating Psychology Coach, specialising in women’s health, weight management, digestion, immune health and emotional eating. Her approach to health and nutrition is positive, empowering, and transformative. She will be inviting you to embrace your relationship with food and your body, quit the dieting mindset and adopt nutritional and lifestyle strategies that are doable, sustainable and yield results.


Vanessa is a dedicated personal trainer who specialises in the female body and its unique needs throughout the different stages of life. Through her mindful breath practice, she teaches how to create a strong connection between the mind and body, which forms the foundation of her core connected strength training approach. With a strong focus on pelvic health

  • 10.00: Light breakfast & juices
  • 10.30-12.30: Peri-Menopause Workshop and Women Circle with Nutritionist and Coach (120 min)
  • 12.30-13.30: Healthy three-course light lunch 
  • 13.30-16.10: Use of the facilities, a fluffy robe to wear during your visit, and a pair of Champneys flip flops to wear and keep
  • 16.15-17.30: Session with Vanessa
  • 17.40: Depart
