Your day will consist of a Pregnancy Yoga Session to calm, stretch and balance your body. Teaching you breathing and relaxation techniques which will help you during pregnancy and childbirth. Followed by an informal, interactive workshop covering topics and discussions of pre and post pregnancy along with self-care and labour recovery. Putting your mind at rest with questions of everyday care for your baby.
Your day will begin at 9.30 with a healthy light breakfast and juices. After collecting your Champneys fluffy robe and flip flops, you will have full use of the relaxing spa facilities for the day, up to 6pm. As part of your day, you will also enjoy a healthy 3 course lunch in the luxurious and beautiful surroundings of the Champneys Estate.
