Whether their idea of wellbeing is a moment of calm with our spa at home products, a tension-melting treatment in one of our City Spas, or a soul-soothing spa day or spa break at one of our Champneys Resorts or Hotels, our gift cards give them the gift of choice.
Select your preferred value with peace of mind that each card is valid for two years and redeemable at all Champneys locations including Mottram Hall and Eastwell Manor. Please note, only gift cards of £250 or more will be boxed. Lower value cards will be presented in a Champneys wallet.

Terms & Conditions

Gift cards are valid for 2 years and can be used at Champneys Resorts, City Spas, Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall. Only gift cards of the value £250 or more will be boxed.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase.
If you choose the mail option for your gift card, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail within 48hrs.

Redeem your gift card

You can redeem your gift card online against spa days, spa breaks, retreats or treatments*. During your visit you can use your gift card against products.

Simply continue with your online booking and select 'PAY USING VOUCHER' at the bottom of your booking summary page before proceeding to payment.

Alternatively you can call us on 0343 226 2222 to redeem your gift card.

* To redeem gift cards on treatments and services at one of our resorts, a spa day or stay package must be purchased prior in order to book and attend the treatment (excluding Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall).

Gift cards can be redeemed against new bookings or add ons only.
