Champneys spa days offer the chance to enjoy total relaxation and pampering at an affordable price. We have spa day packages to suit everyone – whether you are looking forward to a massage, body wrap, facial or manicure. 

Our spa days are perfect for anyone who wants an introduction to the wonderful range of Champneys treatments or those who just need a few hours of relaxation and rejuvenation. Our relaxing spa days are available at Tring, Henlow, Forest Mere, Springs Eastwell Manor and now at Mottram Hall.

What's included on a spa day

  • Fluffy robe hire and flip flops and a Champneys tote to keep. 

  • Use of spa facilities - steam room, hydro pool, relaxation beds and swimming pools. 

  • Up to 20 fitness classes a day, use of the gym, cycle studio and studios. 

  • A nutritious and well-balanced lunch. 

  • Outdoor activities - bike rides, resort walk, table tennis and games on the tennis courts.
