Roanna is a teacher with a wealth of experience and a love of people. As a relaxation specialist she is passionate about creating a healing environment for you to relax and be yourself.
Roanna is qualified to teach a wide range of yoga styles but is currently focusing on yoga as a therapy to reduce stress and bring about healing and peace within each class. She is an expert in using yoga as a way to recover from injury or surgery, heart break, life challenges, mental health issues and more.
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
