Redeeming your gift is simple – just follow the steps below to book your relaxing spa day, indulgent treatment, or overnight stay. Your next moment of calm and pampering is just a few clicks away!
Gift cards can be redeemed online against spa days, spa breaks, treatments or in our in-resort shops.
To redeem, simply continue with your online booking and select 'REDEEM GIFT VOUCHER' at the bottom of your booking summary page before proceeding to payment.
Alternatively you can call us on 0343 226 2222 to redeem your gift card.
To redeem gift cards on treatments and services at one of our resorts, a spa day or stay package must be purchased prior in order to book and attend the treatment (excluding Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall).
Gift cards can be redeemed against new bookings or add ons only.
Please note gift cards cannot be redeemed on the Champneys online product shop.
