Megan's passion for fitness began at a young age on the running track and quickly evolved into a love for the gym, CrossFit, and Hyrox. Since qualifying in 2014 with a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage, she has dedicated herself to helping others lead healthier, more active lives.

Highly motivated and client-focused, Megan tailors each session to support individual goals, while inspiring others to enjoy the many benefits of regular exercise and good nutrition.

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Kerry began her journey with Exercise to Music, leading dynamic classes like step, aerobics, and legs, bums, and tums. Her vibrant energy and natural connection with people quickly cemented her passion for group exercise, where she continues to inspire and motivate.

Building on her foundation, Kerry became a qualified Personal Trainer six years ago and has since specialised in both Pilates and strength training. Her sessions blend physical conditioning with mindful movement, creating a well-rounded approach to fitness and wellbeing

Kim is a qualified Exercise to Music Instructor, Gym Instructor, and Personal Trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness and well-being. Since earning her Exercise to Music qualification over 25 years ago, she has continually expanded her knowledge and skills to better support her clients’ evolving needs.
Blending her love of music and movement with a deep understanding of the human body, Kim is dedicated to helping people of all ages and abilities achieve their fitness goals. A former keen runner, she turned to walking for fitness following an injury and now champions it as a low-impact, accessible way to build strength, endurance, and overall wellness.

As a passionate horse rider for more than 50 years, Kim understands the importance of core strength, posture, and balance – principles she incorporates into both her daily life and her coaching. In addition to her hands-on fitness expertise, she has also studied nutrition, allowing her to offer holistic, lifestyle-focused guidance.

Kim’s motivating and inclusive approach empowers her clients to build confidence, improve their quality of life, and promote longevity through movement. With over 10 years of experience in personal training and group exercise, Sarah brings both passion and purpose to every session she leads. A former Army Exercise Training Leader, she combines discipline and motivation with a compassionate approach that empowers every client to feel strong and capable.
Sarah loves teaching Weight for Women, supporting members as they grow in confidence and progress in the gym environment. She finds great reward in helping women discover their strength – both physically and mentally – through consistent, mindful training.

A true mind–body enthusiast, Sarah makes Pilates and yoga accessible to all, ensuring every session is enjoyable, intentional, and beneficial. She’s qualified across a broad spectrum of disciplines including
