Jamiela is a Fitness Professional and has been working in the fitness industry in various roles for over 23 years. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, to the Champneys team, along with her vast experience in Personal Training and Group Exercise. Her passion for the fitness industry has helped a vast spectrum of clients become a better version of themselves, achieving their goals and dreams in all things fitness.

Timon is a certified Personal Trainer and Health Specialist from South Africa. He specialises in Personal Training, High Intensity Training, Pain Management, and Detoxification. Timon's primary goal is to help clients achieve their dream bodies through hard work and dedication, believing that anything is possible with the right effort. He lives by the motto: "Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard."

Dan is an experienced and highly versatile personal trainer with over 7 years of experience pushing clients to their maximum limit. He firmly believes that the harder one works, the more benefits they reap, and that giving 100% effort is key to reaching fitness goals. Bio:
I am a fitness instructor and professional dancer. I bring my wealth of movement experience to every practise providing knowledge and guidance for all levels so you can decide what feels best for your body. My passion and positivity are in every class, giving you the motivation you have been looking for! 

Having trained in ballet at The School of Ballet Theatre UK, graduating with a First-Class degree in Ballet Performance, and obtaining a diploma in musical theatre at Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama, I performed onboard MSC Cruises for two years, working alongside many influential choreographers and creative practitioners. Combining performing, strength training, and self-practise of Pilates, I found a combination of training which I was truly passionate about.
