What is it?

Vibration training stimulates muscle contractions by using a rapidly oscillating platform. These small, rapid movements engage your muscles dozens of times per second, enhancing strength, balance, and overall fitness. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Based on 6 basic movements: Push, pull, plank, rotate, hinge, lunge.

Ideal for complete beginners or those returning to the game after a break, this clinic is perfect for anyone keen to learn the essentials of tennis, meet fellow players, and enjoy a healthy, active start to the sport—no previous experience needed.
