  • Initial 25-minute consultation
  • Weekly check ins and guidance
  • Supplement recommendations
  • Test recommendations
  • Meal plans if needed

Interested in an individual nutrition consultation?

Our in-house nutritionist, Raphaela Dyer offers one-off 30-minute nutrition consultations every Wednesday 15.00 – 19.00 and every Thrusday 09.00 – 13.00.

We also offer a variety of supplements such as collagen/ probiotics and food intolerance tests at the fitness desk.
