Hone your cookery skills at Seasoned Cookery School

Seasoned Cookery School is set in the grounds of the Catton Estate in South Derbyshire. And here you will be treated to a foodie indulgence and will be learning new skills. Whether that is bread making for the first time, honing patisserie skills or learning how to cook a steak. Privately owned & run, Seasoned cherishes what they do and have people coming to visit us from all over the country.

Clare Major, who is from the Seasoned Cookery School, tells us about why you should visit Springs and the surrounding area.

“We love the surrounding area of Springs, the countryside, the fresh air and the fact that we are a little bit unknown. Many people visit us from London or the Cotswolds and can't believe that the area isn't better known for its natural beauty. On a practical level, we have great transport routes and there are lots of super local attractions - the National Memorial Arboretum & Alton Towers to name some.  Many people come to us and their other halves go off for a day to do something else.”
