At any of our six countryside resorts across the UK, you’ll have lush landscaped grounds to explore, as well as access to expert consultations, spa treatments and guided group activities such as resort walks and meditation.
You’re in control of how you enjoy your visit. Choose from deeply relaxing massages and soothing facials, up to 20 exercise classes a day, fully equipped gyms and recreational areas, tennis courts, swimming pools, saunas and more.

And far from being restrictive, our boot camp dining is a treat. Our healthy and delicious menus feature mood-boosting nutritionally balanced meals, cooked on-site by our specialist chefs.
