Champneys specialist spa retreats have been designed to equip you with everything you need to improve your wellness, inside and out, in a warm and encouraging environment. We cover everything from stress and sleep to fitness and weight loss, diabetes, life coaching, low self-esteem and everything in-between.

A spa retreat at Champneys is all about nurturing a holistic approach to wellness – with us, you will be treated to 170 acres of lush landscaped grounds to explore, expert consultations, spa treatments and guided group activities such as resort walks and meditation.

As well as deeply relaxing massages and soothing facials, you'll have access to up to 20 exercise classes a day, full equipped gyms and recreational areas including the tennis courts, swimming pools, saunas and more.

Far from restrictive our boot camp dining is a treat. Our healthy and delicious menus feature mood-boosting nutrionally balanced meals, cooked on-site by our specialist chefs.
