After completing my apprenticeship at Champneys Springs in 2023 with distinction and an award for outstanding achievement, I'm diving into the health and fitness world. I use the latest methods and proven techniques to help you reach your goals. Eager to get started, I already enjoy several weekly sessions with clients of all ages, genders, and experience levels. My aim is to boost your skill and confidence at your own pace, creating a productive yet comfortable atmosphere. Whether you're experienced or new to the gym, there's an approach for everyone. Bio:
I am a former professional dancer who toured the world, working on a variety of diverse projects. Always having an interest in exercise, health and wellbeing the move from Performing Arts to Fitness was logical and a natural progression. I have previously worked in some of the most renowned hotels and fitness centres, more recently at a gym in Hinckley and for Warwick Sport (part of Warwick University). I have had experience of training with Olympic and Common Wealth Games coaches. Although I have moved away from the Arts industry now, I still try to inject some kind of ‘performance’ into my everyday work at Champneys Springs.
