With over 5 years of coaching experience, Joel has worked with clients of all levels, helping them achieve their fitness goals through tailored, effective training. Specialising in powerlifting, Joel has coached athletes to success and competed himself, winning medals and recognition for his dedication and performance.

Alongside his powerlifting background, Joel has a diverse athletic history in kickboxing, football, athletics, and golf, giving him a well-rounded approach to training. His passion for understanding how the body moves and performs drives him to create strategic, sustainable programmes that deliver results.

Specialising in Group X training, kettlebells, core strength, and conditioning, Adam designs dynamic sessions that build performance and lasting results. His advanced knowledge of nutrition ensures his clients’ fitness and lifestyle goals align seamlessly.

Aimee has been immersed in movement for over 25 years, beginning with a professional background in dance before expanding into fitness and wellness. She has spent the past 10 years working in the fitness industry, including 5 years managing high-end wellness and leisure facilities.
With a passion for movement in all its forms, Aimee blends her experience in dance, Pilates, and strength training to help clients move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply with their bodies. Her approach is creative, mindful, and rooted in helping people feel empowered – no matter their age or experience level.
