Hi, my name's Jamie and I have been working in the fitness industry since 2016.
I trained in Pilates at first, then I fell in love with CrossFit, and became a personal trainer shortly after that.
My passion lies in helping women of all ages get into resistance training; I want you to fall in love with the process of getting fitter & stronger, whether you are 30 or 80, it doesn't matter to me! You can start at any age and see massive benefits.
In my free time I have taken part in 3 Hyrox events, and done numerous marathons & ultra-marathons, as well as a few cross-training events.
Aside from my training, I am very creative and enjoy painting & drawing. On my days off I enjoy spending time with my dog, Koji, and often go on hikes in the Lake District.
