How to redeem
To redeem, simply continue with your online booking and select 'REDEEM GIFT VOUCHER' at the bottom of your booking summary page before proceeding to payment.
Alternatively you can call us on 0343 226 2222 to redeem your gift card.
To redeem gift cards on treatments and services at one of our resorts, a spa day or stay package must be purchased prior in order to book and attend the treatment (excluding Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall).
Gift cards can be redeemed against new bookings or add ons only.
Please note gift cards cannot be redeemed on the Champneys online product shop.
Ways to redeem your gift card

Gift cards
Promotional offers are only available during specified periods advertised by Champneys.
Applies to new purchases of monetary gift cards only (not gift experience vouchers). The added value cannot be added retrospectively to previously purchased gift cards.
The extra value applies only to purchases in multiples of £50.
Promotional gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. They cannot be extended once expired.
For online orders, the added value may take up to 72 hours to appear after processing.
Promotional gift cards cannot be redeemed until after November 5th 2026 and within 72 hours of purchase via the website or in the resort/ hotel.
The added reward value cannot be redeemed against:
- Existing paid for bookings
- Conferences
- Weddings
- Leisure club memberships
- Wellbeing retreats
- Golf or Vitality bookings
- Black Friday offers
- 50% off Spa Days and Stays and Post-Christmas Packages
Gift cards can be redeemed online against new spa days, spa breaks, or treatments, and used during your visit for products, treatments, or services (excluding the online shop).
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Lost or stolen cards cannot and will not be replaced.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Champneys reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice and any new terms will be applicable to all previously purchased vouchers.
