The theory lessons are delivered online, usng our online learning platform, with additional support from our tutors if needed

Course commitment

HOURS

200 hours of online theory learning, including revision.

FREQUENCY

4 days attending college, 9.30am – 5pm
1 day in Champneys College for the Theory & Practical Exam (This exam will be held on a weekday)

EXPECTATION

Students must be self motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

METHODOLOGY

Teaching is a blend of online theory, and salon based practical delivery with a strong emphasis on working on clients in the college salon.

ITEC LEVEL 4

ASSIGNMENTS

Level 4 The Physiology of Ageing Part A
Level 4 The Physiology of Ageing Part B
Level 4 Management of Health, Safety and Security in the Salon

The exams takes place at the end of the course after the practical training days.

ITEC

ITEC exams are modular with exams being sat at the end of the course.
Multiple choice questions (MCQ) exam.
Practical examination.
A minimum of 60% for each exam is required for an overall pass.

L3 Beauty Qualification or L4 Award in Core of Knowledge for Laser and Light Devices

AGE RESTRICTIONS

We welcome mature students and career changers. Minimum age is 18 years, there is no maximum.
