What's included on a spa day

  • A fluffy robe to wear during your day, Champneys flip flops and tote to keep. 

  • Use of spa facilities - steam room, sauna, relaxation beds and swimming pools. 

  • Up to 20 fitness classes a day, use of the gym, cycle studio and studios. 

  • Light breakfast and snacks on arrival and a nutritious and well-balanced lunch. 

  • Outdoor activities - bike rides, resort walk, table tennis and games on the tennis courts.
