A 1-day retreat to rediscover and revive your wellness routine and and fall in love with taking care of you. You will be guided through a unique combination of Pilates and Sound Healing, a walk, meditation and journalling that will leave you feeling restored, and your equilibrium revived.
Karen is a fully qualified Master Pilates Teacher, Sound and Energy Healing Practioner with wealth of knowledge and experience teaching and an innate understanding of the body gained by working with not just Pilates but also through energy and sound healing. Karen helps willing people of any age and fitness level to quickly gain deep clarity and awareness on how their body, mind and soul is actually functioning together and discover their own power to choose the optimum wellness for themselves to easily normalise improved health, mobility and vitality.
No matter where you are in your Pilates or meditation practice this day is open to everyone, from absolute beginners to those with more experience.
The day will begin with intention setting and meditation, weather permitting we will enjoy a walk around the lake to revive your senses. This will be followed by a unique Pilates class which will begin as a traditional mat-work class working on strength, alignment, and flexibility, then mellowing down to bring in the restorative frequencies of the Tibetan Bowls. After a post class discussion, you will enjoy a healthy three course lunch followed by an afternoon immersing yourself in Champneys luxurious spa facilities and if you wish, treat yourself to a treatment.
The day will close a guided sound healing meditation to leave you feeling soothed, restored, and at peace.
