This Pilates and Yoga retreat is suitable for all levels.
Claire Baker has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years with pilates and yoga playing a huge role.
She is experienced at teaching a wide range of people with varying needs and abilities to offer an inclusive approach, helping everyone to come away feeling re-energized, good about their participation and have a sense of standing taller with better posture.
Day 1
To kick off your retreat, you’ll meet Claire at 11am for a welcome drink, introductions and a tour of the facilities. At 11.30 Claire will lead a Yoga flow class promoting length and using your breath as you move through the poses, after a healthy buffet lunch you will then have the opportunity to practice Pilates. These classes will be delivered with plenty of options and aimed at all levels.
Day 2
The next day commences with an invigorating walk allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding the Champneys Spa. Claire will then lead a Pilates class using a soft ball to aid focus and give variety to the session after a refreshment break this will be followed by followed by a slow flow of Yoga incorporating a Stretch and Stillness component to complete your session prior to lunch.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
