It’s time to up the ante on your well-being and self-care!
Join Kerry on this Pilates day retreat at Champneys Tring, solely dedicated to nourishing your mind, body and soul.

You’ll be treated to a light welcome breakfast, two Pilates sessions, a healthy lunch and a chance to unwind in the afternoon in the spa and beautiful hotel grounds, with the option to add a treatment and a night’s stay.

Kerry has dedicated the past 15 years practicing and learning about all things Pilates. She’s a qualified prenatal and postnatal Pilates teacher and has a studio at her home in North London with a Reformer, Wunda Chair and Barrel where she teaches 1:1s. She also teaches a number of group classes (online and in-person) suitable for all abilities. 

Kerry places the utmost importance on technique and alignment ensuring that you get the most out of every movement. Her classes are fun and challenging and you’re guaranteed to leave a session feeling stronger, healthier and happier.

Pilates Retreat
Champneys foundations:
  • Arrival from 9:30am
  • Healthy lunch
  • Up to 20 additional Champneys fitness classes per day
  • Use of Champneys facilities
  • Option to add spa treatments
  • A fluffy robe to wear during your visit, Champneys flip flops and tote to keep
  • Depart 6pm

Retreat inclusions

From £135pp
Champneys foundations, plus:
  • 2 x Pilates sessions to learn all the key elements required to perform the advanced exercises especially the inversion series. You will be worked from head to toe and will feel very ready to use the spa afterwards
