Nutrition - The weekend includes a 7 day personalized plan to follow post retreat.
Movement - Learn how to get the heart rate up - with some fun exercises and ways to burn lots of calories and tone your body. Ideal for beginners and hopefully something you can encourage friends and family to do at home.
The basic principles of fitness + weight training - Have you always wanted to learn about weight training but felt intimidated at the gym or put off by the “bulking up “from weights. All these myths and more explained, try some basic weight training moves in a safe, friendly, and educational environment. Explore when the best time is to do / add weight training into your week, alongside other activities such as cardio and stretching.
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
