Our Health & Wellbeing Day with Janette Cardy - personal trainer, life coach and motivational speaker - is about bringing likeminded people together to work out, get motivated, and inspire one another. You will focus not only on the body, but also take time to relax and unwind.
Janette has worked in the fitness industry for mroe than 20 years. She runs the very successful fitness company, Janette Cardy Fitness, which provides a variety of fitness options. These include an online health, fitness and wellbeing programme with real time classes, recipes, nutritional advice and life coaching.
Alongside her health & wellbeing retreats, she is also a triathlon coach, personal trainer, qualified life coach and motivational speaker. Janette has a positive approach to fitness and aims to help everyone achieve their own individual goals. A friendly and engaging host, Janette will make this retreat fun and motivating.
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
