Boot Camp Fitness Schedule

With a varied programme, we aim to keep things interesting and entertaining, as we find it’s the best way to keep you motivated.

Daytime Activities

You typically start your day at 7am for 45 minutes of stretching and/or pulse raisers before breakfast. The day is generally broken up into 30-60-minute sessions indoors and out with mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks to support energy levels.  You will have the opportunity to experience a variety of activities* which could include:

• Body Conditioning
• Core Training

• Team games
• Aqua
• Yoga
• Pilates
• Indoor Cycle
• HIIT
• Country Hikes
• Wellbeing Talks

Relaxing Evenings

After a hard day training, you are then treated to a delicious evening meal and some down time. Our 4 & 6-night Bootcamps include rewarding spa treatments with all bootcamps including full use of facilities including hydrotherapy pools, saunas and steam rooms to help sooth aching muscles and melt tensions away.
