About Champneys Boot Camps

Our boot camps are a world away from the stereotypical military-style classes. There’s no shouting or screaming, just motivation in a controlled, fun environment.

Our holistic approach aims to build healthy relationships with food and exercise; relationships that will last long after you leave.

Available as short weekends or longer, more intense, stays, these residential programmes each follow the same philosophy and are the most exhilarating and effective way to get fit, shape up and slim down.

Retreat inclusions

How does it work?

You’ll take part in four to six exercise sessions per day. With a heavy emphasis on team interaction, activities offer the perfect balance of strength, endurance and stability training - inside and outside the resort grounds.
The programme also includes a blood pressure check, a diet and exercise discussion, spa treatments and carefully crafted healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

  • 2 nights' accommodation
  • Boot camp menu, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and smoothies devised by our resident nutritionists
  • Pre-arrival support & communications
  • Welcome talk on arrival
  • Blood pressure check
  • 4-6 hours of exercise each day, including indoor & outdoor activities
  • Diet & exercise talk
  • Champneys massage (25 minutes)
  • Hydrotherapy pool session (25 minutes, unlimited use at Tring)
  • Infra-red therapy session (25 minutes, Tring only)
  • Unlimited use of facilities
  • Access to up to 20 different classes per day
  • Complimentary robe hire and flip flops

4-night programme

2-night inclusions, plus:
  • 4 nights' accommodation
  • 2 weight & body measurement sessions
  • Wellbeing talks
  • 2 hydrotherapy pool sessions (unlimited use at Tring)
  • Boot camp instructors to motivate and guide you throughout the week
  • Food intolerance tests available to see what may affect daily life and weight loss goals (additional fee applies)
  • Departure at 11am

6-night programme

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
 

Retreat sold out?

If you find the retreat you were looking for is sold out or your preferred room type is not available, please email cer@champneys.com and include the title and date of the retreat you would like to book.
