Yoga and mindfulness complement each other. Kathy and Debbie will plan and deliver sessions, which combine both disciplines. This will be an energizing weekend with plenty of opportunities to improve your physical and mental flexibility
Kathy discovered Iyengar yoga 33 years ago, coming from a background of gymnastics and athletics and gained her teaching qualification in 1991. Kathy’s classes are accessible to all, complete beginners as well as more experienced yogis, helping them to go deeper into their practise. Her style of teaching is fun, challenging and relaxing and she offers hands on adjustments and plenty of encouragement.
Debbie is a mindfulness practitioner with a diplomas from the Clear Mind Institute and the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists. She has been practicing Yoga for over 30 years and more recently has embraced Mindfulness. Debbie's relaxing sessions enable you to tune into your feelings and really listen to yourself resulting in finding your inner peace and centered calmness. She is passionate about helping people find some peace and quiet in their busy lives to allow them to feel more grounded, relaxed and energized.
