Offering a personable experience that will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to move better every day. Her professional skills also include working within specialist areas of pre & postnatal, osteoporosis and cancer rehabilitation. She welcomes everyone no matter what their experience and both beginners and improvers are very welcome on this retreat.
What It's All About
New Dawn Wellbeing offers you a 2-day /1-night fully inclusive spa retreat with all the luxury you would expect from staying at a Champneys Spa. The retreat includes full use of all the spa facilities, pools, additional classes, gym and all meals and a comfortable overnight stay in your own ensuite room.
Pilates will teach you how to align your spine for better posture and core strengthening exercises, leaving you feeling stronger and fitter. Yoga will leave you feeling stretched, rejuvenated and realigned with a traditional teaching of Hatha yoga. Each yoga session will begin and end with a short, guided meditation to focus busy minds on the present moment to encourage a mindful practice.

My spa retreats are aimed at offering a nurturing and nourishing environment that will certainly leave you feeling rinsed and relaxed yet positive and uplifted!

There are two-daily sessions with Dawn McCarron, of New Dawn Wellbeing, included in your Rinse & Relax Yoga & Pilates Retreat. One each day of Pilates and yoga with guided meditation for the novice. Each session will offer adaptations for all levels to make it suitable for every body type and flexibility, regardless of your experience and all sessions are beginner friendly.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
