Enjoy a Spring day of complete relaxation and rejuvenation at Champneys Tring, Britain’s original health spa, located in the stunning Hertfordshire country estate formerly owned by the Rothschild family.
After the welcome drinks, there will be a short tour through the spa resort and its inviting facilities. Then stretch and relax during a gentle Dru Yoga class, based on flowing postures and sequences, directed breathing, visualisations and blissful relaxation, improving your flexibility and resilience to stress.
After the yoga class, enjoy a healthy, nutritious and delicious buffet style lunch in the spacious dining room. In the early afternoon you can join a leisurely stroll through the peaceful grounds set in 170 acres parkland. March brings the beautiful sight of daffodils with its vibrant shades of yellow and many other spring flowers.
There will be plenty of time to pamper yourself with one of Champneys numerous spa treatments or chill in the Jacuzzi or Spa area. You can also simply enjoy an afternoon tea or coffee in the Terrace Café.
