Liz is a qualified and experienced hatha yoga teacher, pregnancy birth & postnatal yoga teacher, yoga for healthy backs teacher and yoga therapist. She has been regularly practicing yoga since 1990 and teaching yoga since 2004. Her teaching is an eclectic amalgamation of modern Scaravelli-inspired, classical Hatha, Therapeutic and Restorative Yoga, with a touch of the Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais.
What It's All About
The retreat is particularly helpful for those wishing to manage back pain, work with health issues and to learn how to deeply relax.
We explore all aspects of yoga; instead of just ‘performing poses’, we seek to make the yoga useful to our individual needs. There is emphasis on a longer, stronger and more flexible spine, a calmer mind, increased energy and ease of movement.
Arrival 2pm Friday, Departure 4pm Sunday (Room 11am).

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
