During this Winter Solstice Weekend Retreat, Sally will guide you with powerfully restorative techniques to help you develop a calmer mind and healthier body. During this Weekend Retreat you will practice gentle Hatha Yoga poses, breathing exercises, and Guided Visualisation Meditations, to help you to become calmer, clearer and more confident. When you relax deeply you allow your body to rejuvenate, giving yourself space to hear the whispers of your inner voice.
The Winter Solstice is a time for reflection. Find stillness in the days leading up to Christmas, and give yourself the gift of peace and deep relaxation during this weekend retreat. As the year draws to a close, this is the perfect moment to reflect on the events of the past year, whilst considering what you would like to develop more of in the New Year. Celebrate the start of the new solar year, a time of light and rebirth, and make space to prepare for creating the life you desire and deserve in 2020.
