Emma began practicing yoga as a teenager and has been teaching since 2008 and has trained in the Yogalates method, Akhanda Yoga and has since trained extensively in Vinyasa Yoga with Tripsichore Yoga Theatre under the expertise of Edward Clark and Nikki Durrant.
What It's All About
Over this weekend, Emma will take you through a series of classes that focus on the art of Vinyasa Yoga; synchronized breath and movement, from the simpler through to more complex postures and how to move with control and finesse. Not suitable for beginners.
This retreat is ideal for those who wish to explore challenging asana; if you have an already strong practice, Emma aims to provide you with a variations. If you’re still yet to master a difficult posture(s) then Emma will endeavor to make them more accessible by breaking them down.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
