During this Summer Solstice Weekend Retreat, Sally will guide you using a number of techniques to help you develop a calmer mind and healthier body. During this weekend Retreat you will practice gentle Hatha Yoga poses, breathing exercises, and Guided Visualisation Meditation, to help you to become calmer, clearer and more confident in your daily life. When you relax deeply you allow your body to rejuvenate and naturally heal.
The Summer Solstice is a perfect time to give gratitude for the gifts the year has brought to you so far. During this Weekend Retreat you will honour your successes during the previous six months and consider what is important for you to develop during the second half of the year. Practicing energising Yoga sequences, Guided Visualisation Meditation techniques and other exercises to help you tap into your unlimited energy resources, will help you to stay motivated in fulfilling your vision for the second half of the year.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
