During this Spring Equinox Weekend Retreat, Sally will guide you using a number of relaxation techniques to uniquely help you to develop a calmer mind and healthier body. During this weekend Retreat you will practice gentle Hatha Yoga poses, breathing exercises, and Guided Visualisation Meditations, to help you to become calmer, clearer and more confident. When you relax deeply you allow your body to rejuvenate. As your mind calms, solutions to problems are found.
The Spring Equinox is a perfect time to consider how you can bring more balance into your life. During this Weekend Retreat you will reflect on the different areas of your life, discovering how you can spend more time on activities you enjoy. Perhaps you would like to start a new hobby, learn a new language or attract a new partner. Whatever you would like to create more (or less of!) in your life, you will leave with a practical and powerful action plan to help you make 2019 your best year yet.
