Yoga and Mindful Meditation
Karen Nally is a 550 hours Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, fitness fanatic, massage therapist, trained life coach and she has a diploma in Ayurveda and aromatherapy. She has a deep interest in all aspects of yoga and wellbeing and loves sharing her passion and knowledge. She gained her qualifications at amazing schools that are ranked within the top rated on Yoga Alliance.
Vikasa Yoga, Koh Samui, Thailand 200 hours Hatha yoga.
Radiently Alive, Ubud, Bali 300 hours Vinyasa yoga.
Yoga Hero, Ibiza 50 hours Yin yoga.
In her yoga classes she is known for her friendly, passionate, hands-on approach and inspirational instructing style that safely focuses on mind, body and soul with well structured sequencing. You can be sure of a amazing experience in her classes that will leave you feeling uplifted, reenergised and focused.
She regularly run classes, retreats and workshops focusing on yoga, wellness and Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle around the UK.
Karen will be focusing on yoga to energise and restore followed by mindfulness meditation to relax. During the retreat you’ll explore three different styles of yoga. You will improve strength, tone and stamina in the Vinyasa classes, increase flexibility while relaxing body and mind in the Hatha and Yin classes and feel the whole body renewed within the mindful meditation sessions.
Karen will guide you through yoga and breathing exercises that enable busy minds to switch off and she will assist one-to-one during yoga classes helping you to achieve correct alignment and fluidity in your practice at a pace that is right for you before easing you into a guided meditation.
During a yoga class you will take a journey to let go of life’s stresses, connect to your breath, improve your health, and develop your self-awareness whilst deepening your spiritual side to become the best version of you.

This break offers the opportunity to unwind, pamper, detox and delve deeper into yourself and yoga whilst enjoying the company of a great group of yogis. It is suitable for all levels whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to expand your current knowledge.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
