Libratum Wellness Retreats focus on the union of mind, body and spirit to rejuvenate and revitalise you. Our Yoga and Pilates Retreat delivers a holistic programme of movement and exercise, combined with relaxation, meditation and group wellness workshops designed to invigorate and inspire positive physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Suzette is the co-founder of Libratum, providers of Corporate Wellness Solutions and a Professional Wellness Coach, with the IAWP (International Association of Wellness Professionals). She is an experienced and qualified Pilates and Yoga Teacher.
Suzette values authenticity in her practice and so her approach draws on teaching the core principles of the original Pilates method, incorporating movement that combines balance, flow, control and precision to maximise results. Her Yoga practice draws on authentic Hatha Yoga with a focus on alignment and pranayama.

What It’s About
From beginning to end, this Retreat is all about you – taking time out from the day to day tasks and endless ‘to-do’ lists, to re-connect with your body, mind and spirit. To give back to yourself.
Through relaxation and guided meditation practice, we learn to be present with our body and to let go of anxiety and worries to achieve a more positive outlook.
This Retreat is suitable for mixed fitness abilities from beginners to intermediate.
Arrival from 2pm (programme starts at 5pm), Depart 4pm

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
