Suzette Tagg (BendyStretchy) is a qualified Pilates and Yoga Teacher and Registered Exercise Professional (REPs), with over fifteen years' experience in Pilates and Yoga practice. Suzette is also a CiscoPavelka Pioneer, collaborating with The Pavelka House initiative to help Cisco employees to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
Suzette values authenticity and so her approach focuses on teaching the core principles of the Pilates method through movement and exercises with balance, flow, control and precision to maximise results.
Suzette's approach to Yoga is based on honouring the ancient Hatha Yoga philosophies and methods to discipline and cleanse mind, body and soul to achieve a happy, balanced and meaningful life.
What It’s About
From beginning to end, this Retreat is all about you – taking time out from the day to day tasks and endless ‘to-do’ lists, to re-connect with your body, mind and soul. To give back to yourself.
This retreat provides an opportunity to practice the Pilates method originally developed by Joseph Pilates, under qualified instruction and guidance. With regular practice, Pilates can improve posture, build core stability and muscle strength, as well as increase mobility and flexibility.
During Hatha Yoga sessions, we use Asanas (physical exercises) to develop the mind and body, as well as strengthen, stretch and tone the muscles and ligaments. We practise controlling the breath to harness prana (energy) to achieve a calm and focused mind. Through guided meditation and relaxation practice, we learn to be present and to let go of anxiety and worries to achieve a more positive outlook.
This Retreat is suitable for mixed fitness abilities from beginners to intermediate.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
