Sarah is a highly qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher with over 25 years’ experience. She combines precise and careful body alignment with a dynamic teaching style. Drawing on two decades of yoga experience, Sarah teaches uplifting classes with specific sequencing to help you to move deeper into poses, whilst paying close attention to your alignment and providing individual adjustments to ensure you progress safely and get the very best out of every session.

Two days of blissful tranquillity in one of the world’s leading wellness destination spas. Your yoga & spa retreat begins with a carefully crafted welcome drink, whilst you soak up the atmosphere and ponder the pioneering collection of treatments. With 2 hours of yoga on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday, there’s plenty of time for you to take advantage of your full access to Champneys incredible collection of fitness classes, gym and all of the accompanying spa facilities (pool, sauna, Jacuzzi & steam room).
Yoga is a combination of strength, flexibility, focus and balance. Your whole body will feel the benefit. During these yoga sessions you will work at a level you are comfortable with, and be guided step-by-step to ensure you are working safely and effectively. “Sarah encourages people to work at their maximum without ever pushing people too far.” After the physical yoga comes relaxation, including guided breathing, which will leave you feeling calm, restored and connected. Coupled with warmth and humour, this yoga retreat offers a fantastic learning experience with skillful guidance in a supportive and caring atmosphere.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
