Bev is a Naturopathic Nutrition Therapist and Yoga Teacher. She has been practicing yoga since she was eight years old. Bev has been taught by many teachers and she continues her studies of yoga and takes many courses in different aspects of yoga. Bev teaches basic, foundation, yin, yin/yang and flow yoga to all ages. Her classes are open to all levels, giving each student the chance to do as much or as little as their breath, body and practice requests.
For Bev yoga offers the time to become aware of how the breath leads the body into movement whilst the mind observes, this gives us the opportunity to acknowledge and expand the space between our thoughts, inviting us to delve deeper into the moving meditation that is our yoga practice.
Our weekend will include meditation, pranayama, hatha flow and yin and yang yoga.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break.
