Janaki and Davy share a passion for yoga and a sense of fun! Janaki has been teaching yoga for over 20 years, and her style of Hatha vinyasa flow has evolved in challenging and eclectic ways. Davy went to his first yoga class 16 years ago and was immediately hooked - he mainly teaches ashtanga yoga, to build up strength, stamina and agility.
What It's All About?
During the weekend you can explore a range of approaches to yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathing), suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. The programme of Hatha Flow, Ashtanga, Yin and Partner Yoga will stretch both your mind and your body. These will highlight the benefits of yoga, challenging your assumptions about your own capabilities and learning how to practice it safely for the rest of your life. The combination of Dynamic Ashtanga practice and Hatha Flow make for a fulfilling yoga week, suitable for all levels.
Did you know?
Hatha Flow Yoga is all about breathing, meditation and postures while challenging your co-ordination through movement.
“I encourage students to move at their own pace and go further as their bodies and minds allow. My classes will challenge, amuse and surprise you, as your body becomes more flexible and your mind relaxes.”
